We had a wonderful time at the lodge. Our family reunion went off without a hitch!! Everyone was friendly and very helpful!! Beautiful spacious rooms!! We will definitely be going again!
We rented adjoining rooms, one had a kitchenette. I wasn't much impressed when I drove into the small parking lot. However from then on it was an excellent experience. We were fishing with two boats. The lady was super helpful on check in and guided us to spots for our boats. Nothing was fancy, but everything worked and was perfect for us. Lots of ice, the owner rounded up a grill for us to use and extra towels were delivered with a smile. The pool was small but very nice. The location is close to the lake and the price is reasonable. If you want glitz and fancy and pillow chocolates, look elsewhere. But if you want a quiet stay with everything you need, this is it.
They updated the rooms last year and they are all themed really cool. Great bedding and very clean.
Loved our visit. The owners are so welcoming and pleasant upon arrival and during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the views are amazing, especially from the. outdoor swimming pool. It was very affordable. The property is a bit older but has been maintained well. They had a flat screen tv in our two bed sleeping room along with a refrigerator and microwave. Will be back for sure!!!!
In the category of lakeside motels, the Lakeview Lodge was perfect. We had a major issue with our boat trailer causing us to arrive late. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and eased/erased our bad day. We stayed in Room 1, which had been completely renovated. The room was immaculate. The owners sweated the details by accenting the room NOT as a typical motel room, but akin to a guest room in their own home. We will be back!
I haven't even conepleted my stay yet but definitely 5 out of 5. Prices, rooms, and staff are great and accommodating. This place has some sentimental value to me and my siblings, the manager went out of her way to accommodate a special request and provided a few keepsakes. Just a great experience.
What a Gem! I recently stayed at Lakeview Lodge and we were treated like family. Immaculate, Wonderful vibe, Fresh bakery, (home made), Great location. Owners Lisa & Pat (Bailey the dog) have so much to be proud of. I highly recommend. I'm attaching my personal photos from my visit.
an amazing motel on the lake. we had the Kansas City Cheifs room for 2 nights. super clean room with a kitchenette. has an old school charm to it. and there's a neat store just up the street. I will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to that area
